We have spent years honing our talents in QuickBooks Online, Desktop and Intuit Point of Sale. We offer Full Service Set-up, and Training packages, as well as discounted prices on QuickBooks software.
We work with many small and medium sized businesses nationwide. We can help establish retail locations, provide training to owners, bookkeepers and staff, create educational videos and provide ongoing support to help you get going and keep growing.

Christiné has over 20 years of experience helping set-up new businesses for success. She has worked in almost every aspect of small business and retail start-up. She uses her background and experience in graphic design, branding, marketing, interior design and space planning to round out her extensive knowledge in business management and QuickBooks Point of Sale. She works closely with clients and bookkeepers to set-up, train and support QuickBooks Point of Sale software and Intuit Merchant Service users.
She has become a valuable resource for QuickBooks ProAdvisors, bookkeepers and store owners nationwide.

Christiné has a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Emerging Technology and teaches college courses each Fall. She is currently developing an online training platform and will be releasing new courses in QuickBooks Point of Sale later this year. She has a Bachelor's in Sustainable Interior Design and has designed office and retail spaces.
Christiné has an odd but endearing sense of humor and loves animals; she has 2 giant Bernese Mountain dogs named Tank and Dozer, and 11 chickens named Betty.

Terese is a full charge bookkeeper and QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. With over 20 years of experience working with Certified Public Accountants and managing teams of bookkeepers, she is one of our strongest and most in-demand QuickBooks professionals.
Being our "Resident Guru" Terese helps our clients get the most out of QuickBooks by creating shortcuts, memorized transactions and creating customized reports. These tools are invaluable time-savers for advanced and novice users alike. She delivers training videos and sometime helps with support calls without a lot of technical talk - making it simple and easy for clients to learn quickly and move on.
Terese loves numbers, so in her spare time she likes to play (what else?) Keno!

Linda has 20 years of experience as an accounting specialist in various industries, and 10 years of experience as a mortgage loan processor. She specializes in challenges that require an eye for detail and problem-solving skills. In her free time, Linda enjoys tackling the New York Times crossword puzzle.
Terri Lowe

Terri has over 20 years of experience as an accounting professional in a variety of industries. Her extensive bookkeeping background includes both small and medium size companies. Terri has a passion for cooking, and on her days off she enjoys sharing her recipes and experiments with her family.
Leslie O'Leary
Full Charge Bookkeeper
Leslie is a semi-retired accounting/business professional. Over the last 30 years she has worked in big and small companies but found her niche in smaller companies where she could help in all areas of financial reporting and management. Semi-retirement led Leslie to Pedego Eugene and Pedego led her to Modern Secretary. Leslie enjoys riding her Pedego Platinum Interceptor, playing pickleball in her free time.

Kristi has over 15 years of accounting experience in a massive nation-wide corporation. She has 7 years of experience as an entrepreneur. She asks the right questions ahead of time in order to ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time. Her eye for detail, empathy for others, and warm personality make her one of the best support persons.
Lisa Thayn
IT, Client Support Manager
Lisa is a multi-talented software/hardware support manager. She typically sets up new accounts and clients, and provides phone support on Intuit Specific Support Calls. She manages our software update and installation service projects. Lisa also has mad skills in web design and marketing and loves to take on new projects during her off hours.

Gina is our Team Leader at Intuit, is a hands on manager of the Solution Provider Program. Before Gina was promoted Team Leader, she was the direct predecessor of Tony Martinez. Intuit promotes from within and the continuity is a key to our on-going success. With 23+ years at Intuit, Gina knows Intuit inside and out. She was our very first contact at Intuit, her interest in our business and helpful guidance put us on the fast-track to success!
Jamie Delveccio
Sr. Channel Account Manager
Jamie Delveccio has been part of the Intuit QuickBooks family for over 13 years, and worked directly with Modern Secretary as our strategic sales and marketing growth partner, supporting our goal to grow and provide world class service to our QuickBooks clients. Jamie was our Channel Account Manager before being promoted to the Senior position. Under her guidance - we earned the first ever "Rookie of the Year" award.

Tony is our Intuit account manager within the QuickBooks Solution Provider Program. He has been at Intuit since 2008. Tony is our relationship liaison with Intuit and provides us with everything needed to ensure that our client product and services needs are understood and satisfied in a timely fashion.
